Sale of Goods, Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Greenlands Gardening Services.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with your legal rights under UK Consumer Law.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
â–ª Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
â–ª In its original packaging, with any labels and tags still attached.
Non-returnable items:
The following items are exempt from returns:
â–ª Damaged items.
â–ª Used items.
How to return an item
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at the email address returns

2. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. We will send you instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
â–ª If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
â–ª The refund will include the full price of the product. Delivery costs for returning the item will be your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a free return and issue a full refund or replacement. You are entitled to a full refund or exchange if:
â–ª The item is faulty.
â–ª The item was not as described.
â–ª The item does not match the item you ordered.
In such cases, you will not be required to pay for return delivery costs.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
â–ª Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
â–ª Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
â–ª If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
â–ª If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (email and or phone number).
Delivery charges
Please note that the cost of returning your item is your responsibility, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.

â–ª You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item.
â–ª Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
â–ª Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
â–ª We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Thus, your responsibility to make sure the correct method is used for returns.
