Shipping Delivery
1. Delivery time
Your order will be sent to the address you provided within the delivery time indicated in the order.
Please note that delivery to remote regions may take several days longer.
2. Delivery Methods
Packages are sent Free Shipping with Royal mail 2nd Class Tracked. You can also use Royal mail 1st Class Tracked £5.49.
Inpost £5.50 collect when you want from your nearest lockup. Track your order all the way
DPD £3.59 Collect from your nearest shop.
DPD £7.67 Delivered to your door.
Standard Delivery is within 1 - 2 working days.
Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed after 10pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays.
We will make every effort to deliver all your items together and at the same time, however in some cases your order may arrive in separate consignments.
On occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected.
Once despatched, the on-time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the relevant courier company and Greenlands Gardening Services cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.
In order to avoid disappointment, we suggest that customers place orders well in advance of parties and Christmas to allow for any unforeseen delays.

Note that all our shipments are pre-paid from our side and you are NOT required to pay anything directly to the shipping services. If you receive a text message from some number claiming you need to pay funds to have the package delivered, most probably it is a scam and we urge you to ignore it.

5. Acceptance of the consignment
When picking up the shipment, we recommend checking the package, in particular, package integrity. In case any defects were found, it's best to report about it directly to the carrier
